Position Title : Programmer Analysts

Location : Richardson, TX

The Programmer Analysts with 5+ years experience in JAVA and web development. Must have experience analyzing, developing and maintaining a large scale, mission - critical application in a dynamic environment. Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and/or JSF and a good working knowledge of design patterns is strongly desired. Experience with JBOSS, Oracle is a plus. Must be a good team player (part of a team of 8-10) but also be results oriented and able to work independently.

Required Skills / Duties
  • Proven application development experience of large scale J2EE based systems.
  • Expert in Java, and JavaScript, Style sheet, HTML
  • Experience with rule-base engines such as Blaze a plus.
  • Experience with AJAX is desirable.
  • Experience with JMS (java messaging framework) is a plus
  • Experience with JUnit and unit testing frameworks.

The Software Engineer should have experience in application development as well as web development and will be working on new products as well as our existing e-commerce integration products and services. The ideal candidate will also have database engineering skills including strong SQL, Microsoft SQL Server experience. Knowledge of communication protocols including FTP, POP3, SMTP, and HTTP is also recommended

The Database Administrators (DBA) will be responsible for focus on the performance, interoperability and configuration of the overall database environment. This role ensures that the physical database infrastructure will support the needs of the individual application databases and that management processes are in place to ensure reliability and integrity of the database environment. This includes maintaining database patch levels, managing and coordinating release upgrades and ensuring capacity requirements for databases are being met

  • Detailed knowledge of multi-tier architecture in clients/server environment
  • ETL
  • Knowledge of data mart, and data warehouse architectures, concepts and technologies
  • Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Oracle/SQL environments

  • Expertise in Performance Tuning, Disaster Recovery.
